• Customers can exchange/ return their order within 15 calendar days after an order has been delivered.
  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us via cost-effective means.  Please mail us at contact@clarkssmith.com along with the order Id and we will send you the details of the return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We do not accept casual returns because our business model is POD, print of demand which means we do not keep or manage an inventory of products and we avoid wastage of products that eventually end up in a river or something. We make products as per your need if you order something we make. Quality of product is of top-notch and if something genuinely wrong with the services of us or with the product. We will definitely refund your money or exchange the product. 
  • However, if you are not able to ship the product, let us know we will arrange a pickup too, we care about our customers so you can always reach out to us.
  • We will either replace it with another product of the same value, or offer credit (excluding shipping or cash on delivery charges) in the form of a coupon which can be used for the next purchase. If some cases are genuine enough we will refund the amount as we care about our customers.
  • Product Quality Issue: Replacement  will be done only in the case of issues related to wrong orders, damaged or defective products
  • Size Issue: We follow the Indian Size Chart Customers are required to refer to the size chart before ordering, we can not replace or return for size issues unless an incorrect product has been delivered. This is because our business follows the POD business model. Where we only make the product that our customers. So if you ordered something, we have made that specifically for you and an unnecessary return will only cost us. However, if some cases are genuine we can make exceptions. When it comes to our customers we are flexible as we care about you a lot. 
  • Sale items:
    Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Only after receiving the returned product, we will ship the new product. We need a day to ship the new product back to you.
  • There is no refund or replacement for International Orders.  
  • Note: Only one exchange request per order is applicable.

CANCELLATION:

The cancellation request is accepted if communicated before we ship your product. You can mail us at contact@clarkssmith.com along with the order Id requesting for cancellation, or you can reach out to us on +919354651433 either on WhatsApp or you can call us to cancel your order. Once the cancellation is approved the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 1-2 working days. 

WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT:

In case you receive an incorrect or damaged product mail us at contact@clarkssmith.com and we will take care of the rest immediately.
